8. Data retention

• Audit results - retained indefinitely to power our dataset (no personal data attached to public scores)
• Email addresses - retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
• Payment records - retained for 7 years as required by HMRC
• Session and log data - deleted after 90 days

9. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of SearchScore after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
