Connect your AI assistant to SearchScore

For ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and other assistants that support MCP connectors

Once connected, you can ask ChatGPT or Claude about your own SearchScore results: your audit, your fix list, your Playbook and your Tracker history. The assistant reads them from your account after you sign in.

Who can use it

Anyone with a paid SearchScore plan: a Tracker subscription or a Playbook. The free 60-second audit on its own does not include it, and neither does the free Tracker trial: it switches on when your first payment goes through.

The address you need

https://mcp.searchscore.io/mcp

Every assistant uses the same address. You sign in with your usual SearchScore login; there is no key or password to paste.

Claude

  1. In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector.
  2. Name it SearchScore and paste the address above. Leave the advanced settings empty.
  3. Choose Connect. A SearchScore sign-in page opens: sign in, check the details and choose Allow access.

If you use Claude through your work, an admin may need to add the connector for your organisation first.

ChatGPT

  1. In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Apps. Under Advanced settings, turn on Developer mode.
  2. Choose Create app. Name it SearchScore, paste the address above and choose OAuth as the sign-in method. There is no client ID or secret to enter.
  3. A SearchScore sign-in page opens. Sign in with Google, your email and password, or a sign-in link sent to your inbox, then choose Allow access.

Developer mode is not available on every ChatGPT plan, and a workspace admin may need to allow it.

Cursor and Claude Code

Add to Cursor

Cursor asks you to confirm, then opens the SearchScore sign-in the first time the connector is used.

In Claude Code, run:

claude mcp add --transport http searchscore https://mcp.searchscore.io/mcp

Things to ask

What it can and cannot do

It reads results that are already in your account. It does not run new audits or scans, and it cannot change your plan, your settings or your billing.

If your assistant cannot sign in

Some assistants cannot open a sign-in page. For those, create a personal access token in your Tracker settings, under MCP access, and give it to the assistant as a bearer token. Tokens are created in Tracker settings, so they need a Tracker plan; with a Playbook on its own, use ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor, which sign you in directly. Keep a token private: anyone who has it can read your results. You can revoke it in the same place at any time.

Disconnecting

Remove the SearchScore connector in your assistant's settings.
